Learning outcomes
The main goal of this unit was to be able to find information about our family's migration story and write it up in a format that was suitable for online publication. As well as achieving this, we also learned:
- How to proof read and edit our writing.
 - How to write in a form appropriate for publishing on the internet.
 - How and why our family arrived in New Zealand.
 - How our personal stories connect to larger stories of migration around the world and to New Zealand.
 - A sense of importance and interest in our own family history.
